County Road 82, Wellington, CO 80549. I am aware that activities involving livestock and dogs can be hazardous and I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury, illness and death. In consideration for being permitted to participate in said activities, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Terra Norte Kennels, Val Manning, Buckhorn Valley Kennel Club, their families and heirs, and each and every participant in its activities. I also assume full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage to myself and/or my animals or by myself and/to my animals. In case of injury to any stock worked by my dog, I agree to assume financial responsibility for any damage. I will pay the full market value of the injured animal in case of serious injury or the veterinarian bill in case of lesser injury. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS.
