Disclamer: PLEASE READ: I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in Rancho Terra Norte’ activities to be held at either Rancho Terra Norte’ located at 1227 ECR 82, Wellington, CO 80549 or at the Last Resort Equestrian Center located at 851 W. County Road 70, Fort Collins, CO 80522. I am aware that activities involving livestock and dogs can be hazardous and I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury and death. In consideration for being permitted to participate in said cooperative, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue LuAnn or Jim Goodyear, Last Resort Equestrian Center, Terra Norte’ Kennels, Val Manning, Cappy Pruett, Diane Wright, John Holman, Buckhorn Valley Kennel Club, their families and heirs, and each and every participant in said cooperative and its activities. I also assume full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage to myself and/or my animals or by myself and/to my animals. In case of injury to any stock worked by my dog, I agree to assume financial responsibility for any damage. I will pay the full market value of the injured animal in case of serious injury or the veterinarian bill in case of lesser injury.
